The Handler of the Year is the culmination of the TSR Pathway Talent Spotting Clinic Series.
How do I get selected?
Talent spotted Handlers will compete for the title of Amateur Handler of the Year in the following ability & age groups
Compete at YOUR own Level in your Age Group!
NEW STAR Handler of the Year
6-10yrs / 11-14 yrs / 15-25 yrs / 26-40 yrs / 41+ yrs
RISING STAR Handler of the Year
6-10 yrs / 11-14 years / 15-25 yrs / 26-40 yrs / 41 plus
SUPER STAR Handler of the Year
9-14 years / 15-25 yrs / 26-40 yrs / 41+ yrs
Format of the Final
You will be expected to perform a set In-hand show to include certain elements such as a stand up, halt, walk, trot on a circle. Judges will be looking for good handling skills and performance of your horse/pony. Conformation is NOT taken into account
The Amateur Handler of the Year is held within the TSR Premier Amateur Show on 25th – 26th May 2024 at Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire.
