IMPORTANT UPDATE Amateur of the Year Show:
The Showing Register announces a change of date for the TSR Amateur of the Year Show. This exciting new event is set to provide TSR members with an end of season finale that celebrates our amateur competitors and is now set to take place 29th – 30th November 2025 at Stoneleigh Park, Kenilworth, Warwickshire.
The decision has been made to present an enhanced experience for both competitors and spectators as well as scheduling the championship alongside the annual Showing World Awards, which will take place on the evening of Saturday 29th November.
This exciting finale provides a unique stage designed specifically for amateur competitors. It shines a well-deserved spotlight on those who pour their hearts into their passion, showcasing the incredible talent within our community and in line with the ethos of The Showing Register it will offer lots of advice and tips for all that attend.
The finale will be open to competitors and visitors, for an educational equestrian event with a touch of festive fun.
Competitors can qualify throughout the season at approximately 40 affiliated shows; where the highest placed exhibit not already qualified will receive their ticket to the TSR Amateur of the Year Show. Click here for the shows holding qualifying classes.

Plaited Pony Amateur of the Year
Lead Rein Plaited Amateur of the Year
First Ridden Plaited Amateur of the Year
Hack/Riding Horse of the Year
Cob Amateur of the Year
Hunter Amateur of the Year
Riding Club Horse Amateur of the Year
Riding Club Pony Amateur of the Year
